Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is sooo good!! I went here for the first time for a full acrylic set with gel polish and they exceeded my expectations! My nail tech (I wish I had gotten her name so I could request her from now on) was amazing. She was so attentive, meticulous, careful and just overall amazing. She took great care to shape my nails, file them perfectly, and paint them carefully unlike other salons that do it super quick and sloppily so they can get you in and out. This place is sooo good!! I went here for the first time for a full acrylic set with gel polish and they exceeded my expectations! My nail tech (I wish I had gotten her name so I could request her from now on) was amazing. She was so attentive, meticulous, careful and just overall amazing. She took great care to shape my nails, file them perfectly, and paint them carefully unlike other salons that do it super quick and sloppily so they can get you in and out. I would highly recommend and I’ll be back for a fill in a few weeks!

Please keep in mind I have been a regular customer here for appointments and I still got treated horribly ( read below) save yourself the headache, time, and money!!I recently left with my nails bulky and unflattering after I shared what I wanted with the technician. They were closing, so to be GENEROUS, I made an appointment to come back with the technician another day to reshape the nails. I show up at my new appointment time and the technician is not there??… so, they offer another technician— okay, I agreed. She reshaped my nails, taking off all of the powder dip on the sides and then swiftly said to pay her for the 5 minute filing she did. I wasn’t pleased and asked if they could fix the color issue… and with NO other customers in the salon, the two owners — Kylie and Kathy sitting there and the technician, they just kept saying NO, we cannot help, no we cannot do this… they would not help me.. even with me OFFERING to pay— on top of the 80 dollars I already paid. How could you be a business owner and treat your customers like that? AND How could you force someone to leave with their nails like that!? Horrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! As soon as we walked in for our manicure we were instantly greeted and taken back. Everything seemed clean and the manicure probably took about an hour start to finish. She was very thorough and I think my nails look good. My only problem was understanding her and also she was silent to me but talked to her friend in another language, which is fine, but I am always scared that they are talking about me when they use another language. I realized on my way home I forgot to tip which is why I’m writing this nice review but it is very affordable, $13 for a manicure. I would go again if I wasn’t so embarrassed about forgetting to tip.

I love this nail salon. I drive 30 minutes to come here because their services are always top notch. I’ve had many techs do my nails here and they have all been phenomenal. They always take their time & do clean, neat work. Highly recommend!

I always have a great experience when I go. The shop is clean, the wait is generally pretty quick even with several people in front of me, and everything seems to be upgraded. I haven’t had anyone that I didn’t like, although I find Kim just amazing!

I really enjoyed my nail tech. today. Ana was very pleasant. I did travel 2 hours just to have my nails done. If all works out I will be coming back to Unique Nails every 2 weeks. Great job.

The salon was incredibly clean and I was immediately penciled in for a walk-in appointment. The massage chairs are relaxing, and the staff was quite attentive, specifically Thi. Thi has an eye for detail and style, and very gentle hands. The extra leg massage was definitely worth every penny.
