I’m extremely disappointed with what happened today. I’ve been going here for 12 years. They love to use the technique of ripping nails off with another fake nail. In a previous visit this was done and my nail was so far torn back I bled quite a bit.

The women took very good care of us. Our nails and toes were done exactly how we wanted this has been my go to place for several years with only having someone mess up once and the previous owner told me to come back and he fixed it himself. After that day I had not seen the woman that messed my nails up again. I took my girls here yesterday to treat them for passing with an A average this has been long waited with the pandemic going on. The women took very good care of us. Our nails and toes were done exactly how we wanted this has been my go to place for several years with only having someone mess up once and the previous owner told me to come back and he fixed it himself. After that day I had not seen the woman that messed my nails up again. I really love this place and they always have fair prices.

This has been my go to nail place for years! Unfortunately a month ago I had my nails done,6 days ago my nail fell off and because the nail was over lapped it caused a really bad infection going up my finger. I reached out to the manager and she instantly made me an appointment for urgent care paid for my visit and took me to get my medication!!! Any other shop would have been a fight and who knows of they would have even cared! Thank you guys for taking care of me!!!!
