This nail salon says on the front and on their website that walk-ins are welcome, i’ve come in three times on separate occasions, and every time they tell me they are too “booked” and can’t clientele me. Even though the salon is empty or I came in right at open time. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 14 and I have never seen a salon so unwilling to do walk ins.

I’ve been going to this for about 10 years maybe it’s 12:00. The people who own it are kind and considerate and they put up with me because I can’t hear very well. The girl who does my manicure pedicure I think her name is Jenny she’s so sweet. The prices have gone up substantially but I’d rather go less often with people who really care then someplace where they are not careful. I wish all of them were masks though it would be nicer I think. If you’re looking for a place to be where you are cared for and about this is really a very good place to be

The only thing I liked was making the appointment online. She rushed and finished in 30 minutes. It very much showed. I got it done on a Thursday, by Tuesday, my no chip was chipping. On Saturday it’s starting to peel off. No chip? That’s a huge lie. I wanted one gold nail and 4 black nails. She gave me two gold. And gold and black with only 2 layers? Come on. I did not want my nails clipped but she did it without even asking if it was okay. I would NEVER go back.

I was not happy with the finished product. The girl was very sweet but she acted like she was paying for the products that she used on me herself. Very scarce and my full set with a dip actually started cracking across the nail in no time, they’re only a week old now. Will not go back.
