Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is the best nail salon in the Debary area! I have had a hard time finding a nail salon who can do nail art and acrylic nails well, but I no longer have to worry thanks to Unique Nails. They are so professional and friendly. Jamie fixed the hideous nails I came in with from another shop and I was so in love with how she turned nothing into something! I showed her a photo of the nails I wanted and didn’t have to stress picking out the colors or the design; she had it all under control and that was a huge relief. This is the best nail salon in the Debary area! I have had a hard time finding a nail salon who can do nail art and acrylic nails well, but I no longer have to worry thanks to Unique Nails. They are so professional and friendly. Jamie fixed the hideous nails I came in with from another shop and I was so in love with how she turned nothing into something! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in today for my first time. The young lady did SNS as requested on my nails. Something went wrong in the process and they would not harden, so after a couple attempts of activator they still would not harden. At this point I had been in that chair for an hour and 20 minutes and had to leave within 20 minutes to catch a flight. They rushed to get a quick fix to get me out the door, and asked I come back to get them fixed. Well I will need them fixed by Monday morning for a meeting Monday afternoon they are closed Sunday and Monday. So after telling them I would probably have them fixed before I can come in when they are open again, I was charged $40, oh but $10 off. so total $30. I was given TEN DOLLARS off for there mess up and they can’t even fix due to hours And my schedule. when I asked why I was paying that much for a service that I didn’t ask for in the end, both Alyssa and Jamie got attitudes with me like they gave me the world for giving me $10 off. Never would recommend them. And it’s a shame I would have given the sweet girl another chance BecuAse truly it was an accident on what happened but the attitudes and amount charged was completely unnecessary.Service: Dip powderWent in today for my first time. Went in today for my first time. The young lady did SNS as requested on my nails. Something went wrong in the process and they would not harden, so after a couple attempts of activator they still would not harden.
