Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT RECOMMEND. There are way better places to go in Lansdale then this place. I would never go back here. The woman is a scammer and she is a bad nail tech as well. She told me that it was 30 dollars, if there are any repairs it will be more. She basically pops my tips off, My nails were not lifting I check before I got there. In the end, I end up paying 45 dollars and gave a four-dollar tip ( she didn’t do a good job on my nails I just have trouble not tipping when the service is bad). She complains about me taking too long to get a refill. My nail was only three weeks old. She complain multiply times and she kept hitting my cuticle with the drill. The nails the nail tech put a tip on looked ridiculous and just bad. She was also nosy. Someone called my phone and after I finished the phone call she ask who it was. DO NOT RECOMMEND. There are way better places to go in Lansdale then this place. I would never go back here. The woman is a scammer and she is a bad nail tech as well. She told me that it was 30 dollars, if there are any repairs it will be more. She basically pops my tips off, My nails were not lifting I check before I got there. The owner is extremely unprofessional!! As I was paying for my services she asked me if I would like to tip on my card I told her no because I had planed on tipping in cash. She proceeded to look at me like I had an extra head growing and had the nerve to ask me “so your not going to tip us?” and proceeded to ask me questions about tipping her. As I was sitting waiting for the people I came with she stared at me the entire time. I have been to plenty of nail salons and NEVER had any questioned me about leaving a tip unless they were askin if I wanted to leave the tip on a card. Do not go here if you don’t want the owner trying to manage how you spend your money.

Critical: QualityI went there to get a regular manicure fixed because the polish came off after being home for only an hour and I decided to switch to a dip powder manicure instead of staying with regular polish and I explained that I wanted them thin and natural looking two women argued that they can’t make them thin because they’ll break which is not true because I have always had very thin natural looking dip nails done from other places that didn’t break and lasted weeks. So she finally made them slightly thinner but honestly they don’t look good. They are very thick and bulky looking not natural looking at all. Maybe the girl who did them didn’t know what she was doing, I don’t know. I was trying to find a closer place since I moved but this headache just isn’t even worth it. I’ll drive the 30 mins to my other place that does beautiful flawless nails every time. Super disappointed. All in all I spent way more money than I normally would have and left with chiclet looking nails. I went there to get a regular manicure fixed because the polish came off after being home for only an hour and I decided to switch to a dip powder manicure instead of staying with regular polish and I explained that I wanted them thin and natural looking two women argued that they can’t make them thin because they’ll break which is not true because I have always had very thin natural looking dip nails done from other places that didn’t break and lasted weeks.
