I went in for Uv gel acrylics for the first time. I asked for them to be short and almond shape and instead I got very long, misshapen oval nails. I returned to my car, realized how unhappy I was, so despite embarrassment I decided to go back inside and ask if I could pay to have them fixed. Danny did a beautiful job with my nails and gave me exactly what I originally asked for! Jean was very kind as well and did not make me feel bad for coming back in. I really appreciate them for fixing my nails and Jean did not make me pay again. I plan on being a return customer and I highly recommend Danny and Jean. I didn’t think about taking a picture of the nails before hand but I attached pictures of them after! Love them!

I called at 10:45 this morning with a broken acrylic nail that was very painful. They had me in by 11:15 to remove the acrylics, even though they don’t them. Jean was extremely helpful and friendly as she explained how to take care of my nails so they would heal. Very grateful for their help and demeanor.

Always a pleasure here, and Erika did a particularly great job on my feet, plus a relaxing shoulder massage while my toes dried. Three of us sat together (we usually being wine to share, but not today!) and had wonderful girl-time!

I am disapointed because I had called for an appointment to get my nails done (Full set manicure) and qas asked regular ir gel and I opted for gel. Apparently there was a misunderstanding because once I was there and had sat down and my manicure had started I realized I was not getting a full set but just polish on my own nails. The woman that did my manicure was very good however. I then asked to get my eyebrows done and when asked to check them the woman had walked out and had alreadyvstarted to wash her hands. I felt rushed and just took a quick look. Once i got out to the car I realized my eyebrow was thicker than the other and I still had wax in my eyebrow hair as well as on ny skin. For the price I would not go back. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 0 is because the woman that did my nails was very nice and toom her time.

I purchased a gift certificate as a gift for the holidays here because of the good reviews. Unfortunately the gift certificate was lost and I went back with the receipt and asked them to replace the gift certificate. The manger said there was nothing they could do and they would not replace it. The gift certificates are numbered but they say they don’t keep track of them. What’s the point of numbered gift certificates if you aren’t keeping track. How then, do you know if they have been used or not. I will never do business here again.
