Critical: QualityWhen they first opened up they did care about their quality and service. It’s no longer the same and it’s sad. They use to be my go to nail salon but not anymore. Their product quality has decreased and their prices increase. My nail polish should not chip within one day of getting them done. When they first opened up they did care about their quality and service. It’s no longer the same and it’s sad. They use to be my go to nail salon but not anymore. Their product quality has decreased and their prices increase. My nail polish should not chip within one day of getting them done. Unless you want to be charged for any small request or want to be over charged I do not recommend this place.

Really loved getting my nails done here by Vivian . Glad I gave this place a chance. The nail art was on point and Vivian is so so nice. she’s absolutely very professional and clean. I loved the attention to detail she had and how clean her maintained her stations. I felt like my nail art went by quickly and smoothly. My nails look and feel amazing. So I have been an avid fan of this nail salon for the past three years when I first discovered this salon. The owner, Johanna was the best nail tech I have ever seen, she was so meticulous, took her time, and my nails were always perfect. I’ve referred so many people to her and to this nail salon. They’ve increased their prices many times throughout these years, but the quality was still amazing that it was still worth it. But lately, it’s been so so hard to get an appointment due to their popularity. Still, I am okay with waiting a week to get my nails done. But my last straw is when Johanna said she doesn’t take appointments anymore. I am very picky about my nails and I’ve only been going back to this salon because of Johanna. I’ve had other nail techs do my nails and it’s still not up to par as Johanna, which I have mentioned to her many times. But now she refuses to take appointments. How ridiculous is that? There are loyal customers who come just for her and now they are just abandoned. As a business owner, you really should keep your loyal customers happy and at least meet them half way. Sad to say that I am in now search of a new nail place after three years.

While some nail technicians are great, the owners really need to brush up on their professionalism. I was basically told they do not want my business and was reprimanded by the male manager/owner for needing to leave on time. Learn to manage your business and keep appointments. This man had no right to admonish me. There are plenty of nail salons who are willing to provide services with respect for their customers. I’m happy to spend my money elsewhere!

Came to this place as the reviews seemed decent and I was getting on a flight the following day so needed to get my nails done. I had the good fortune (not really) of getting the receptionist to do my gel manicure. She was starting to remove my gel and file my nails but was also taking the phone calls, so she would file here and there and then get up to record appointments. After a few of those I finally said something and I was transferred over to another technician (a male) who seemed to know what he was doing. All in all, the job was done. Some sloppy parts to the finish so I had to point those out and the technician seemed bothered to have to make further amendments, at one point, blaming the shape of my nail for the patchy color job that he had done. Nevertheless, my nails were done. Not perfect but it was complete and that’s all that mattered. Would I go back again? Probably if I was desperate and in a rush but definitely not the best place I’ve been to for a gel manicure. Cleanliness is okay- not perfect, but not bad either. I didn’t see any sterilization of tools. So overall, not bad.

They charged me $11 Fee to remove my acrylic, which they did WITH A METROCARD!! Seriously? 11$ for that?! It wasn’t even professionally removed they used a metro card. Took two seconds to do and since my acrylic was old it was so easy to remove, if only I knew to do it at home. But nonetheless an $11 charged fee for that is ridiculous and just unnecessary. I used to love this place but this just ruined it, charging a ridiculous amount of money and fees for nonsense. My regular UV gel with just a solid color no design cost me $86 not including tip. But the price on their wall is $58. Come on now, Just outrageous. Won’t be returning.
