I would give it less than one star if i could!!! The worst nail experience and customer service ever! That it left me shocked and angry. Mike is very nice and he does a wonderful job. However, Kin is one of the worst tech’s EVER, her demeanor was very rude and unpleasant. She put a brand new set of nails on my daughter when all that was needed fill’s. She didn’t even bother to check temperature water before asking my daughter to place her feet in it. The water was scorching hot and didn’t even bother to apologize. I’m not sure if she realizes great customer service is what gets your clients coming back. Newsflash Kin discourteous and scamming your clients is lousy way for clients to return. I’m glad I didn’t leave my daughter alone no telling how she would have been treated.

This was my first visit. My husband and I were just passing thru the city. The staff was very kind and professional. My nails came out fabulous! I had a pedicure and full set dip manicure with tips. Thanks Unique Nails!

Critical: QualityI will not return to this place! Didn’t feel welcome. Felt really rushed out the door. When I asked for just regular nail polish not shellac paid for the amount for shellac! It was cheaper for them the take it off! My nailed messed up due not being dried yet, and I told the lady up front and they did nothing!! Never again
