Been here prob 3 times since they opened. Usually have the gentlemen. This time had a woman, never seen before. For a powder dip. She had me soaking my nails, Told her not to file them, as they were so soft. She started anyway & ripped the side of my nail into the center of my nail bed! I told her that it hurt very bad & she laughed. Then proceeded to glue it down. I should of walked out then, but I had an event to go too. She continued to laugh on & off while trying to finish them. Saying you afraid i hurt you, i said you already did now three times. As she drilled the sides of 2 other nails, which caused them to bleed. When she finished 2 1/2 hours later. They are a mess.. the Dip is all over the side & up past the cuticles. For $60! Plus I am hoping I don’t get an infection from cutting me.. I dont recommend going here, at all. I would buy press on’s before first.

Tu (not sure how to spell her name) is a great tech. She doesn’t rush through the process and pays attention to detail. These are my everyday nails but she has also done beautiful nail art for me.

one of the men did my acrylic and he missed about half of my finger nail when painting and putting on the acrylic to my nail. it bothered me a lot and the same with about 4 other of my nails. wouldn’t go here again
