Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI made two appointments for 11 AM. One for a basic acrylic set and the other for a pedicure for my mom… When we showed up there was only one tech available who only knew how to do pedicures so my mom went first… I then proceeded to wait 45 minutes until another tech said she would take me. What even is the point of an appointment then? This tech then glued on the tips cut my cuticles pretty badly and then passed me off to another tech who told me she couldn’t achieve the look I wanted. I spent two hours waiting on a service I never received… I left without nails. The girl who passed me onto another tech was so rude her name was Jasmine and she claimed she was leaving for an appointment but sat in a chair for about an hour talking about Tamales. This was my first time trying this salon since moving back to Laredo. I work in the beauty industry and expect a certain standard and I did not receive it today. I will be posting reviews and pictures about my experience. She is not professional whatsoever. One for a basic acrylic set and the other for a pedicure for my mom… When we showed up there was only one tech available who only knew how to do pedicures so my mom went first… I then proceeded to wait 45 minutes until another tech said she would take me. They did a good service with my nails, that, I did like. What I didn’t like is that at the beginning I asked the price for simple plain nails which are the ones that I got and the price was given to me then the Vietnamese Lady did my nails I was the last person she did. At the end when I went to pay, they charged me 50+ dls, when they had told me it would be less. I asked the receptionist she said she doesn’t know why it was more, that she is new there. the lady who did my nails had an upset face when she saw me asking. Then I asked what she charged and she said.well the powdered nails and I said it was just the regular ones no glitter or gel or.nothing else was put in them, she said.i really don’t know. I didn’t continue arguing but I did think to myself I will no longer go there. Also I hate the fact that there are no.prices or anything that makes it.clear. all of the sudden they come.out with a different price at the end and what can you do? I mean you already have the nails sticked to you. Plus I had added a tip, i am so stupid.

They made me feel like I was back home. They are VERY professional, friendly, and all around a great staff. You can tell they love what they do!!! I got my nails, pedicure, and eyelash extensions and all three techs were great!!! I will recommend this place to EVERYONE!!! I am here in Laredo working and I have went to a couple other nail salons here. This one by far is the best one. They made me feel like I was back home. They are VERY professional, friendly, and all around a great staff. You can tell they love what they do!!! I got my nails, pedicure, and eyelash extensions and all three techs were great!!! I will recommend this place to EVERYONE!!! GO ENJOY YOURSELF LIKE I DID!!!

I had two different ladies. Both were very courteous!! But Odalys went the extra mile making sure my nails were PERFECT! She took her time and was very engaging. My best friend got hers done and she did not have a good experience with the lady that did hers and she even offered to help her so she would be satisfied. Amazing service that she gave us!! Totally recommend her!

Wow…where do I start….so they have a $6 extra charge just to trim the cuticles on top of the $48 charge for getting an acrylic set done. Nail salons need to be up front or have a price sheet with specific details on what they include…or offer different packages for those who don’t care to have their fingers cleaned up….which I thought was a big reason for most people get manicures in the first place!!

So glad I decided to go to this place with my friend. They do a very nice and professional work, plus we got a discount as college students! Just had to show our ID’s and that’s all. Pretty neat work in my nails, the best one I ever had in my life. Prices are reasonable for the quality work.

The nails were fine but the service was horrible there were nail techs upset that they had clients when they were just sitting around, they canceled on a client they had waiting for an hour and one of the techs started arguing about a pedicure client with the receptionist IN FRONT OF CLIENTS wth?? Completely unprofessional it looks like the nail techs don’t even want to be here

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey injured my feet in 5 separate spots, I left there bleeding. They were empty when I went in and the woman doing my pedicure was very surly. This is a dangerous place to get a pedicure. Avoid at all costs. I have never had this happen before. Couldn’t sleep for two nights because it hurt so badly.Service: Pedicure
