Critical: ProfessionalismI walked in and this woman came up to me like “can I help you with something”. She had this look like what was I doing their with my 2 children. I asked if we could get haircuts. Her answer was no! We have other people and it’s just the 2 of us. It will be like this all week. Didnt offer for us to make appointments even. I walked in and this woman came up to me like “can I help you with something”. She had this look like what was I doing their with my 2 children. I asked if we could get haircuts. Her answer was no! We have other people and it’s just the 2 of us. It will be like this all week. Didnt offer for us to make appointments even. The first time I went here was last year I was on vacation the lady was very nice and did a good job on my hair. However I’ve been there are two times since and it was not the same experience. Any business that says walk-ins welcome, should actually welcome people. That was not my experience. I took my mom for a haircut very very simple haircut as she does not have much hair pretty much a trim. The girl said I have to be out of here by 3 to get my car out of the shop I can’t see you today. She had one person in the chair and not a very nice attitude. The second time was basically the same experience except I went in to have something done and I was told I cannot see you today. So I ended up taking my mother to Tom’s River to get her hair done. And I went somewhere else. It’s a shame because we all like to support small businesses but when they have a bad attitude it’s really hard to keep going back especially when there’s a bad attitude and no service on top of that

Best hair salon out there! Heather cut all 3 of my girls and all 3 came out amazing! Also did a bride and bridal party that I was in and she did a great job! Got so many compliments all night.
