Unfortunately I’ve had 2 terrible experiences on separate visits . I am a local and found the location convenient but have decided I will never return. My first visit was a Gel Pedi and Acrylic Fill the person who did the pedi was very aggressive during the entire service and cut my toe a few times with the drill she made me bleed and didn’t apologize and continued being rough . When it came time to my fill the girl was nice but she was working on me and color client at the same time , leaving me sitting for up to 45 min until she came back to finish the next step she did this several times throughout my service and I spent a total of 3 hours there. I gave them a 2nd chance and went in recently and pedicure went a lot better but when it came to my full set I was disappointed in how long I was kept there I was told to come in at 10:30 and did not leave until 2:30. The lady doing my nails was more worried about talking with the other workers and kept pausing and taking a very long time and working at a slow pace , she didn’t seem to know what she was doing and kept asking to see the picture and getting help from other co workers . Nails came out decent a bit chunky and glue and acrylic were left all over my fingers . Dissatisfied and disappointed this business does not respect there customers time at all and need more experience with customer service and services .

I highly recommend getting your nails done by Van. They last forever and if one does happen to break she’ll fix it for free! I’m a little rough on my nails so I know. She’s had to fix mine a couple times! She’s really good and quick and does the best stiletto nails. She’s so gentle I find myself falling asleep sometimes! And they’re the cheapest place in the area. This place deserves six stars if you ask me.

Thank you. Loving my new nails! They do a great job. Sometimes the service takes 2-4 hours if you want more but they are timely with haircuts. Always busy in the evening. She’s also done good work on blowout and cut you can see it in other photos provided

I have been going here with my brother for many years now even before the owner had changed long ago. Every time we go they do a really good job of cutting our hair. With this new owner, I have always been amazed at how good they cut my hair. They are always nice and take their time making sure they are doing a good job. The wait isn’t that bad. The place is really clean and the environment with all the plants makes it feel fresh. It’s also not as expensive as a lot of other places I have gone to for haircuts.

I am very picky about my hair being cut. I’ve been in Fremont for 12 years and a few years ago when I met Tiffani at unique hair, I knew I need not go anywhere else. She cuts my hair perfect, she even streaked my hair for me and did the most wonderful job. I would not go anywhere else for my haircut.

This salon is fantastic! If you are looking for a waxing service ask for Van and communicate your needs to her; she is accommodating and always goes above and beyond for me! If you are looking for a pedi/manicure service, also ask for Van or Kim too; both of these estheticians will take care of you and treat you with kindness ❤️ Tiffany, one of the hair stylists here, is just fantastic! She charges fairly, is very warm and approachable! I highly recommend this beauty salon!!!

0 star if possible. Came for a woman haircut, asked for a slight trim, but cut at least 2 inches more than I expected. It’ll take at least a year to grow back. Be careful if you have long hair. Didn’t even ask if the length is ok before haircut. Very unprofessional.

They give me time for service then they forgot my appointment. And ask someone do the job who don’t even know how to do anything. Worst place and people too. Very rude and not professional. The lady clean her hand with towel and then use in my hair for the same towel . Hair coloring, Hairstyling

I have give them the best review before and unfortunately now I am giving them the worst. Its crazy how the service of such a good salon can go down like this. When T was there, everything was good and organized. The guy who used to be there for mani and pedi had the best service I forgot his name. He was very respectful and had great customer service skills. Now since they both are gone. The staff are not able to manage. The hair dresser Tiffany has changed her attitude a lot. They have all the nice pictures listen on the yelp and google but when i asked her she refuses to do that same hairstyle or the color. Makes me feel that she doesn’t care about the customer anymore since I am the regular now. But not anymore.
