For having to bring two children (two under two) along with to get my hair done, I am very pleasantly pleased. I had Emily and she was very understanding of the situation. Calling in and the guy at the front desk was very understanding (I like to call first since I can usually gauge if they’re okay with me bringing kids or not even if they say they are). Easy to find, easy to park. Went in and the waiting area was welcoming and very open. Head back and it’s a bit tight but doable with a car seat and toddler. The hairdressers were accommodating thankfully. Overall she took her time (normally I get rushed elsewhere either because of the children or just in general), the shampoo station was wonderful and she took her time there, and she was even nice enough to style it (since I’m a mom, I usually don’t bother doing anything to my hair). Emily was amazing to have as a stylist, and even the stylist near us helped out with the babies once they started getting antsy. I definitely recommend her. P.S. Emily, if the tip on Apple Pay didn’t go through, please let me know. I couldn’t tell if it went since the screen changed quick as I was pressing on it so I’ll swing by if it didn’t since you definitely deserve one. <3

I really love my stylist, Sarah. I have been going to her for about 3 years. She has helped me grow my hair when I wanted and also chopped it all off when I wanted to go short. She also cuts my autistic son’s hair and accurately captures his personality in a hair cut and does it so patiently. She also taught me to make my hair wavy which is a bonus.

So my boyfriend went to this place to get a cut(without an appointment so waiting was expected). When he arrived he was told by Alex that he would be next after the person he had right then. Maybe 30 min to an hour. He waited and 2 more people with appointments came in and Alex took them. He never once updated my boyfriend on when his turn would be and just felt very unimportant. He waited there even though we live 2 minutes away because they never offered to put him on a waitlist or make an appointment and he didn’t want to miss out as he needs the cut. Once it was an hour from closing he just left after waiting 2 hours due to feeling unimportant and uncared for and was worried he would just get a rushed job anyway because they already didn’t seem to care and would need to be closing soon. Very disappointed, updates and hospitailty mean a lot to new clientele.
