It was a favorite of mine. I’ve been seeing them since I was 13/14 years old, going with my mother. My last visit, I went for my regular trim; I also got my nails done.. I wasn’t too happy with how she did my nails. Some nails came out smaller and thinner or thicker and longer than others. She cut me three times with the nail filer. The one that plugs in. Then she covers my wound with clear coat polish. That burned even more. My pinky nails were a different polish than the rest and even my pinky nails, my left shorter than my right. When she started talking, she was more into her conversation than she was paying attention to what she was doing. I’m kinda disappointed. I expected better because that’s what she always gives me, but for some reason, she didn’t do her best that day. I haven’t returned for that reason. I hope she gets better soon. No more nails done here for me. Sorry guys.

My daughter’s got her hair done for Homecoming and I told her that it wouldn’t last the way she did it. So guess what happened not even 1hr. later after we left?? The hairstyle I paid $80 for was a total waist of $$$.. what a disappointment and I will not be coming back, and I am just not happy at all with this place and people that don’t listen nor do what you ask, specially if your the one paying! Definitely not recommended…

Randi, who is my hair specialist and Le, my manicurist/pedicurist are top notch! Their skills go beyond any professional I’ve ever gone to for these services! I highly recommend them! To anyone who has curly hair Randi is phenomenal with the curls!!

The worst visit I’ve experienced to date. The “new” receptionist was friendly/ outgoing, but didn’t refill dry towels after notifying her. My usual Mani person joked with me @ the start, but then barely spoke during my mani. She cashed me out, but not so much as a thank you, have a nice day, happy holiday (Thanksgiving), etc. by her OR other staff!!

Saturday was my first time going to Unique hair and nail salon it was wonderful!!! I did not have an appointment I did have on my mask. This place was Clean beautiful professional and most of all the Staff and representatives were kind and helpful. I believe the Owner was also there making sure everything went smooth.I will definitely be back since I have a appointment this Thursday. If service remains this way I may start going again maybe twice a month.So …I don’t go to nail salon often bc it too much of a fuss. Critical: Quality, ValueGo somewhere else. I decided to come here to get my nails done for my birthday and I was overcharged for my nails. She did what SHE wanted to do… snot what I asked for. The shape and color is messy and sloppy. Didn’t remove any cuticles or perform any upkeep to my natural nails. A complete waste of money and time.

These ladies are wonderful at what they do. I’ve been coming here for years for pedicures and recently started getting my hair done too. Prices are very reasonable and they work with you to get in ASAP. Give them a chance if you’re looking for a new salon.
