My boyfriend visits regularly and wanted to do something nice for me. I got a regular massage and because they used hot rocks after the massage I ended up with a pinched nerve in my shoulder the following day. It’s been over a week now and the pain is so unbearable. I’ve been put on prednisone and a muscle relaxer and now being sent for an mri. It helps knowing when doing a massage what to do and what not to do so people don’t end up being injured.
