Giving this place 3 stars ONLY because out of everyone that works here I trust 2 people. The owner is absolutely amazing with what she does and there is one other girl who usually works evenings and Sundays (can’t remember her name). I gave this one new woman a chance and she destroyed my right eyebrow, didn’t match the left and it left me with a bald spot which I am struggling to grow back 8 months later. Another girl was threading my eyebrows and plucked out lashes! How does that even happen?! So needless to say if I see certain people working I keep walking.

Google said open until 9 on Fridays. Paper outside of business said open until 8. I arrive at 7:45 and place is completely closed up. 15 minutes before closing time!!! If you’re going to have business hours, stick to them before I drive 40 minutes to Hermitage just for you to close when you’re not supposed to.
