I love how the quality of threading is authentic and professional. I was very impressed with how my eyebrows were left and she listened to how I wanted them done. I have very sensitive skin, so I had no bleeding or irritation after getting my eyebrows done. Her technique and touch was very gentle and love how it was not painful like other places I have been too. Also the prices are very reasonable and love the charts displayed in the room, of examples of eyebrow styles. It was easier to communicate on what I wanted my eyebrows done since I love a natural look. They also offer tinting services for brows which was great and will try next time. The only eyebrow place I go to… the only thing I wish is that there was a consistency in the employees that work there… I never know who is going to do my brows until I walk in… and every technician does eyebrows differently. But other than that, they always do a great job

I’m very picky when it comes to my eyebrows, which they are medium thick, full & long. This is the only place I come to in town and have been for a year. Since my eyebrows are full I recently try getting different arches and shapes not once have I been dissatisfied. As well they have a rewards card where you can get free eyebrow threading after a certain amount of visits. Very nice people, like any eyebrow threading place let them know what you want in advance. Reason why is because threading is easier to get a certain shape/arch oppose to wax.

I usually don’t write reviews but I feel like the “5 stars” it has been given is inaccurate. I went yesterday and it was horrible. She didn’t shape my eyebrows and took way to much off in general (I don’t like thin eyebrows) but took more off on the left. So now I’m going to have to fill my eyebrows in and give them shape versus when I go to get them done usually I can walk around without filling my eyebrows in. Other places shape them perfectly. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

I just walked out and had a terrible experience. The first time they were amazing and this time it was by another lady named lazu or lanzu…something like that. Anyways it wasn’t neat at all…didnt look like I professionally got them done. I told her and she said it’s because of how my eyebrows are thin in a certain spot ,even though they lady I had last time had no problem. I went back in people were in line so I waited thinking I would go next since she messed up. Nope didn’t happen . I was there for over a hour. And wasnt going to stay for two. Now I have crappy eyebrows and I’m not happy.

I can’t believe the horrible experience I just had. First thing I told his lady. just clean the brows up. Don’t make them thinner. I clearly felt her take off more than I wanted but we at that point what could I say? Not going to have two different brows. It wasn’t too bad. But when I tried to explain this to her, she became very VERY upset and was trying to argue with me. Lol I even told her I wasn’t trying to argue with her! I showed her the first picture of what the other girl usually does for me. Just to make clear for next time! She said “why didn’t you tel me to stop if you felt me pinching?” And “I know what I’m doing” mane kept shaking her head and getting mad and the whole time I’m just trying to clear up what I wanted for future reference, and instead she chose to argue with me. She CLEARLY went thinner. You can see the irritation on the inner brow compared to the first picture, where it would’ve usually been fuller. I tried to explain the best I could and she rolled her eyes or looked away. I told her I’m just trying to help you understand what I wanted since I’ve never had work with you before. I told her I’m not sure why you’re getting so upset. She was still VERY rude and kept arguing. I don’t get it lol. I went to pay her and she swung her hand out and handed me my cash, and looked away. Lesson learned. Never taking my handed again!

Brianne is the best!!! I have been going to the same place for years but once Brianne did mine I am sure that I wont go anywhere else. People talk about threading hurting, and I do not have a high pain tolerance but i almost fell asleep when she was doing it. Hands down best expiereance. Will never go anywhere else..
