I have tried 3 other nail shops in the area but this continues to be my favorite. I’ve been coming here fairly consistently since I moved to Baltimore 2 years ago. The customer service is always so great, everyone is so friendly and the shop itself is so beautifully decorated and clean. I absolutely love that they do NOT put a gel top coat on top of their dip colors because that makes my nails so brittle and causes the polish to chip easily (a lot of other shops do this). However, it’s truly the consistency that brings me back. No matter which nail tech I get, everyone does a great job. I drive all the way from the city JUST to come here and it’s completely worth it – I refuse to let anyone else touch my nails at this point lol.

This place is amazing. I needed my nails done because my girl had a family emergency. They were very respectful nice and I love my nails. The lady did an amazing job on them thank you so much and I would definitely come back and recommend this salon to anyone.

This was my first visit and the Staff was extremely attentive. I had a slight as I walked in and did not make an appointment, but that was to be expected on a Friday afternoon. They gave an estimate on my wait time that was pretty precise and they stuck to it! This was my first time getting dip nails done (which I love!) with acrylic tips and they came out great. As can happen with dip, the solid color I chose came different than the sample and they worked with me to get the lighter color I was trying to achieve. I appreciate that extra step and time to get it right. I definitely recommend and I will be back!

My first time here getting a full set with gel polish and a pedicure. When I called I asked to be schedule with someone who is good with shapes. When I came in I showed a picture of c-shape nails as reference to the shape I wanted and the person agreed that they could make that shape, however the shape looks just like a regular square shape. The pedicure was pretty bad. Typically you get asked what kind of pedicure you’d like, the lady just started right away and didn’t ask what pedicure I wanted. She did not removed the callus off my feet, didn’t shape my toes and missed a lot of steps to a regular pedicure. The place is clean, has variety of colors to choose from and very busy.

I went with a friend to UB for a mani/pedi. It was gorgeous inside, very classy. When shown the menu I was irritated that they didn’t have a mani/pedi combo or discount; everything is a separate charge. One technician talked us up to a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. She told us it would last up to a month! Ok, great, let’s do it. The leg massage and pedi were great, then we did the mani.

My mother-in-law introduced me to unique boutique. She came there for years and it’s the only place I’ve ever gone to for service. The ambience is very pleasant. The decorating is very nice and the place is spotless. I’ve always been pleased with the service and they have gift cards available.
