I took my wife & daughter here for there 10am appointment to get braids. First they was not even open, then we called owner she told us their 15mins late nope they was an hour late. Then it was supposed to be 2 braiders nope 1 doing both. I came to pick them up 3 times and they still wasn’t done I’m still waiting for them and it’s 1:20am ( yes you read it right) Still not done and my daughter braids don’t even look close to the picture she showed them ♂️. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went to the Salon today I thought it will be a great place to get my hair done due to reading such good reviews. I had appt at 10 am they didn’t start till 11:39am then the picture I showed for my quick weave was not how my hair looked when the lady was doing my hair she kept saying I got this been doing this 20 years which don’t matter to me she still need practice because my hair was not right. The hair is shredding like crazy which is bogus and the only thing kept me calm is hearing the gospel music and preacher due to me being a Christian. So my opinion be prepared for disappointed if you are looking for certain quick weave style if I knew she couldn’t do it I would of pick something different and simple. I had appt at 10 am they didn’t start till 11:39am then the picture I showed for my quick weave was not how my hair looked when the lady was doing my hair she kept saying I got this been doing this 20 years which don’t matter to me she still need practice because my hair was not right.
