I was really excited to experience goin to some service done by a black owned company… obviously like most of the customers that go to this studio.. however I was really disappointed. So I got a teeth whitening the first time I went (which was kinda pricey, if my opinion matter) I wasn’t impressed.. ! So I was like w/e bcus I have my own teeth whitening routine (it’s great!) I went and made another appointment for a tooth gem, it was an annoying experience (the chemicals burned an peeled the inside of my lips-when this was happening I was panicking!! And no one was around & I couldn’t speak so had to take matters into my own hands) and the gems fell out the same week.. it’s been since march of 2022 maybe or basically when they newly opened (I’ve been too salty to say anything) and one of teeth that the gem was installed on still has what seems like forever damage from the chemicals used (high quality products don’t mean anything if it’s not done w/ special care).. it’s a constant reminder for me to never go back..
