Went to use gift card my kids purchased for me to get gel manicure. Lasted less then 7 days. $60 later. I called and was told that’s the normal time. I know that it’s not because I’ve had gel done before elsewhere and lasted weeks. I definitely won’t do that again.

I came for a Spa Manicure & Pedicure on Tuesday, September 27th & by Friday, September 30th my nails were chipped & peeling (see pics). For the price I paid for my 1st visit & most likely will be my last visit, this Manicure/Pedicure visit was much to be desired. Not to mention my nail tech kept taking smoke breaks & coming back smelling like cigarettes. I’m a non-smoker & that made my experience unpleasant. I’ve been to other nail salons & never experienced anything like that before. I will not recommend anyone in using this Salon.

2 weeks ago I thought I’d give this place a try being as it is a full service salon. When I made the appointment I said I wanted a trim and style and my eyebrows done. I got to my appointment. She was on time. She semi sprayed my very curly hair with a spray bottle and proceeded to cut my hair. She said she was done. Without a style mind you I asked about my eyebrows, she said she didn’t know about that. She did it anyway. 52 dollars and 20 minutes later I was out the door. I did make another appointment which i promptly canceled when i seen the shape my hair was in.When I got home the sides of my curly hair was cut extremely short and my bangs left long . I ended up trimming them myself same day. What a waste of good money. I hope their other services are better than the hairstylist I had. I won’t be going back to find out though.

I think that this service is not their normal and may be out of practice. I saw some other customers who got hair service and they looked great. So pedicure not my go to but hair I may refer others.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismTried calling and since my number doesn’t start with 740 or 614 they literally kept answering and not responding. I called from an Ohio number and got put on hold very rudely. DO NOT recommend even trying to go to this salon. The ones in Newark are better with better service

I just want to give a big shout out to Debbie. She is my nail tech but when I asked about her doing my hair for my niece’s wedding ( my sister normally does my hair but I couldn’t have her doing it the day of her daughter’s wedding) Debbie was more than happy to come in on her day off for me. I received so many compliments at the wedding many from other hair stylist that were celebrating with us. Debbie you are the best and I truly appreciate you. I recommend Debbie to all, she truly cares about her customers and provides awesome customer service.

Very disappointed! Receptionist was no were to be found, no one wondered what we wanted. When she and another employee came, after 6 minutes, all that was said was what is your name, no hi, sorry to keep you awaiting, just you have the wrong time. I heard the appointment time when we made them.the appointment was for 11:30.Even though there were other stylist there talking on the phone, we were told to wait. While waiting another patron came down the stairs to inform them the tanning room was unclean..After the cleaning, the receptiomist was given instructions to make a cleaning schedule. As soon as another stylist come to the station, she could not wait to blame someone elce and now she HAD to make this sheet. Durning my wait, others arrived for their appointment, not once where they greeted with a hello, just what’s your name.

My husband gave me a gift card to Unique Beautique for Valentines Day. First I got a pedicure from Amy Willison. She took her time and was so nice! I paid twice as much for a pedicure at another spa and this pedicure was just as luxurious. I loved it. Thank you for making me feel so pampered Amy. I still had money left on my gift card so I returned for a facial from Tiffeney Dilger . She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything and really took her time. After my facial I told my husband it was my best Valentines ever! I cant wait to go back!! Treat yourself or someone special!
