Unfortunately, I made an appointment on line after calling and someone in the shop instructed me to do so. I walked in, it was crowded and the person I made the appointment with wasn’t there (Anthony) All the barbers were busy. So I waited an hour and still wasn’t seen. Everyone ahead of me was seen and both available barbers took the 2 people who came in after me. Customer sevice 0 Business practices 0. Did I mention I called first and I’m visiting from out of town. So we walked out. Black owned business do better. There is so much more i could say but why dwell on the negative. I’m sure you’ll continue to do what you do just not with my $$$.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMr. Slim took me in as a walk; after riding around trying to find a barber to help me fix my hair after I tried to do it myself the night before. He was very polite and attentive; and as other reviews mentioned he took his time; and gave me a nice blend. I do like trying to do my own hair; practice makes perfect- right!?! However I do plan on visiting from time to time to say hi and get a fresh cut from him. I wish Unique Barber Shop nothing but the best!! He was very polite and attentive; and as other reviews mentioned he took his time; and gave me a nice blend. I do like trying to do my own hair; practice makes perfect- right!?! Walked into this barber shop around 1030 in the morning, I left at 11:40, Upon entry there were two barbers cutting hair, and one sitting in his chair watching a Katt Williams stand up. Nobody greeted me or asked me what I wanted to get done. Watched one of the barbers cut one head and leave at 11 o’clock, The other two barbers took their time cutting hair. At that moment I realized I was going to be spending a whole 2 to 3 hours in a barbershop to get a hair cut, and left.
