I got very bad experience at this salon! Master couldn’t match my original color of root and made me on 2 tones darker and also warm color!!!! Instead of my original cool. Also it was terrible haircut. When I said that Im not happy about my new color, master offer me to go away with wet hair without any haircut ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ After drying situation have not change. If you don’t want spent x2 money on the next salon, who will correct this work, don’t go there. And yes, my hair absolutely burnt. Head was burning all time of working on it with their coloring agent. My friends said me that my hair looks worst than before I going there!!! You could see the photo. Is it looks like after salon? Highly recommend going here! I love long hair so I am always so hesitant when it comes to getting trims because of past experiences where they chop off way more than I ask. Each time I’ve come they’ve been so communicative and show me exactly what they will do. I get exactly what I ask for each time!! Chantelle is amazing too, love my hair!!!

Leah and Krystal are superb hairstylists, doing whatever you ask them to do. I also appreciate their ideas of ways to make me happier with my hair when I have run out of ideas. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly and easily and one that is convenient for me. Leah even knows what kind of magazines I enjoy as I wait for my color to process, and she has them ready for me before I sit down in the chair!
