Positive: QualityThey do a great job. Of course, I’m not entirely pleased but that’s not surprising since only one person has ever gotten my haircut right. My hair ended up a bit too short for my liking and not angled correctly. This has happened every time I have ever gotten a haircut anywhere. I had my hair colored by Kelsey and she did an amazing job, she got the color perfect for my wedding day. Erin did my hair style and it was amazing, the style that I originally wanted wasn’t working out for me and she came up with a different style right there on the spot and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place. Everyone is very nice and welcoming.

Finding Union Street Salon i noticed how clean, inviting and peaceful their operation is and how friendly, personable and helpful their staff are. Im not trying to be rude the woman that did our hair was nice but I don’t think she knows how to do “full” highlights..When you ask for full highlights but then you only get a few stringy streaks with a little blended mess. At the price of full high lights you expect better I now have to go pay more money to fix the mess.
