I won’t go anywhere else. Every time I’ve gone I had a different stylist, and each time was a great experience! The ladies here are so warm & personable and you can feel the light atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The last stylist I worked with was Jacki who was great to chat with and did an excellent job with my hair. She was also super helpful when I asked for product recommendations and hair care tips. I also LOVE supporting a local business!

I have been a customer at Union Hair for years and have been going to Karalisa since she was at The Hair Cuttery. The girls are great and are very nice; however, the last few times I’ve been I haven’t been completely satisfied with my cuts/color. I chalked some of it up to me looking for more modern styles and cuts than the Union gals typically do, and since I trusted them for so long to do my hair, I liked it enough that I continued to go for a while. My most recent appointment was for a full highlight with Karalisa, which any color requires a deposit (totally fine! I don’t mind!) I put down the deposit and looked forward to my color. The week of, I had something come up where I would be out of town the day of my scheduled appointment. I initially called 4 days before my appointment to let Karalisa know that I would need to reschedule, and there was no answer at the phone. I left a voicemail and figured I’d get a call back soon enough. Fast forward a day and I still didn’t receive a phone call back, so I called again. Again, no answer, so I left a voicemail. Another day goes back with no call back and I had to call for a THIRD time and leave a voicemail. I was getting a little nervous at this point because I had been trying to reschedule my appointment for days now with no call back, and didn’t want to be charged an additional fee for needing to reschedule. Karalisa finally called me back the day before my appointment and apologized for not calling sooner stating that she had been busy (totally get it!) The problem I had is that I was then informed that I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL non-refundable deposit of 50 dollars to reschedule my color, and that the initial deposit was basically lost now. When I asked about it, I was told FOR THE FIRST TIME that if you reschedule your appointment the week of, you need to put down an additional color deposit, which would’ve been nice to know when scheduling. By the time Karalisa had called I was already out of town or else I would’ve just went in to avoid losing that money. Like I said, the girls at Union are very talented and are very kind, but this interaction put a sour taste in my mouth unfortunately and I have since found another stylist. I think Union needs to work on communication with clients, because if I would’ve received a call back within 24 hours (or even 48) then I would’ve been able to avoid this whole fiasco.

My bridesmaids and I had our hair done here for my wedding the other weekend and Ashley and team did an amazing job! The ladies were so energetic and fun (especially for 9am!). They let us bring drinks and snacks and it was such an awesome start to our morning. Their prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Horrible! She actually let me leave with one sideburn. It looked like she used a weed whacker. It was so bad I had to pay for another haircut at a different place to fix it. Sorry Amy but you need more training. Haircut

The ladies there were so friendly and helpful. They gave my 3yo her first haircut, made her feel comfortable and she loved it. All of them seem very qualified. Saw people of all types, men, women and kids, getting haircuts/styles/color. Reasonable pricing as well. Planning to be back with my other two teenage girls.
