Went on Wednesday, cane from neighboring Salon, which strangely enough seemed unwelcoming and only had 2 people on Wed. This place was super busy but they had at least a dozen people working, I was greeted kindly and the atmosphere, although busy was great. Jasmin did my nails and I loved them, she and other Tech next to her where patient and helpful in giving me a selection since I was their for fill on nails not done by Unik 2. I got a flower on one of each finger on each hand, which was $15! (I think it was bit pricey and honestly it didn’t seem like Jasmin could do it) BUT! she tried and she did her best, I am thankful! I will definitely go back her to try the pedicures and maybe some waking and get nails done here again.

I went to this place today, it was my first time, I looked for nail salons near me and decided to give it a try. I was only two minutes away and called on my way to see the wait time. They stated they only had a 15-20 minute wait. So i drove up, walked up and signed in. After waiting 30 minutes someone else walked in and didn’t have an apt as well. We were finally both seated and 15 more minutes later and were left there waiting. I don’t think I would have minded waiting if it was just made aware to me the actual wait time. I still wanted to give this place an opportunity and they seemed unorganized and kept switching customers which made the wait even longer. In the midst of the waiting I think either the owners or employees kept yelling at their kids to behave which I was really trying not to mind but the parents were being louder than the kids. I wasn’t offered a menu or colors while I waited. The girl who arrived 20 -30 minutes after me got her pedicure first…I checked my phone and an hour and 20 minutes of waiting patiently landed me sitting in cold water with no help, no welcoming and no reason to stay. I guess they could tell I was getting ready to leave when a lady approaches me and I ask for a towel politely and she gave me attitude in Spanish and assumed I didn’t speak it. I responded In Spanish and stated I would like a towel to dry my feet and leave in Spanish and she began speaking to the other employees in Spanish about me. I was so frustrated because she knew I could understand and continued, I responded that the reason I was leaving was because I had an appointment and didn’t want to be late. She repeatedly said bye bye bye sarcastically. I will never go here again.

This place is horrible! They are unprofessional, the salon is dirty and the workers are dishonest. They charged $10more for a full face waxing without notifying me. When I asked why they said it was because I had a lot of hair. They would not budge. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Came in today for a pedi. No appts on weekends, walk in only. Waited about 20 min to get a tech. Salon is average. They have 8 massage chairs for pedicures. Staff could stand to be more professional. I’ve had better pedicures. I requested a French tip, it’s not great, it’s mediocre. The white is uneven and squiggly. I told my tech several times but she was an older lady and to her eyes I’m sure it looked fine. Their pricing is suspicious too, basic pedi was thirty then it’s five extra for french and ten extra for gel. They rounded it up to fifty. I still tipped ten on top of that. Won’t be going back.

Pedicure is decent but equipment looks very unsanitary. Not one tool came out of a clean sterilized plastic bag like they have at other salons, most equipment was just kept in their small little drawer they keep beside them. Pedicure
