I absolutely love this place and have been coming here for about two years now. Tonight they went above and beyond and stayed home an hour and half later for myself and my best friend. Tara did such an amazing job on my French manicure and paid very close attention to the details.

I’ve gone here a few times before and it wasn’t too bad. This last Monday I called to ask if we could have two acrylic sets done at 4:15. They told us yes. When we arrived they took my friend and had me sit next to her but no one came to do my nails. After about half an hour we asked if someone would be starting mine. The lady nodded behind her and said “he will” but seemed irritated. A little while later she finished my friends nails, and asked me to slide over. We weren’t wanting our nails done back to back, we wanted to get them done together as we had to get our sons. The lady RUSHED through my set. Then after she told me to wash my hands she just disappeared. We realized later she was at the area to pay, but hadn’t said a word to us. Once we paid and left, I realized just how messed up my nails were. Crooked, uneven, just terrible. Please don’t allow appointments for something you can’t handle.

I couldn’t give them a zero or a negative number so I’ll have to settle for 1. Very deceiving attractive interior but I can’t even describe how horrible it was. We got two pedicures and a gel nail. These were 60 dollar pedicures. The lady that did mine was rude, kept pinching and cutting my toes with her instruments, only got hot stones on bottom of my feet and she just scraped them and got maybe a 30 second massage on calves, no lotions oils etc. husband got no massage at all. Got yelled at to pay more attention because I took my hand out of dryer too quick. Again no lotion on my arms or hands. Absolutely everything was beyond bad. If your reading good reviews, don’t believe it…keep reading at the more numerous bad reviews. STAY AWAY! Paid 150 for this misery!

I’ve used them twice before and was satisfied (not overly impressed, but average work). However, today was awful. I had dip powder put on less than 2 weeks ago there and 2 of my nails became infected and cracked. I simply wanted to remove the powder and allow my nails to breathe. It took 3 full minutes of 3 employees arguing who was going to have to “take me” just to have the person huff and puff with irritation during the process. Super sad service and won’t be returning.

We ended up waiting 2 hours. 3 of us ended up not even getting our pedicures because we ran out of time. On top of the time issue I was over charged.
