Critical: QualityFirst time here. The girl was very nice and seemed to be very detail oriented. I decided to let her do her thing and see what happened as I’m looking for a new nail salon. First off, $50 for a fill is THE highest I’ve ever paid and I’m from CA where things are outrageous. The set of nails she didn’t are so thick they look like blobs stuck on my fingers. First time here. The girl was very nice and seemed to be very detail oriented. I decided to let her do her thing and see what happened as I’m looking for a new nail salon. First off, $50 for a fill is THE highest I’ve ever paid and I’m from CA where things are outrageous. The set of nails she didn’t are so thick they look like blobs stuck on my fingers. Critical: ValueI am visiting my brother and needed a fill in, Pedi and fill in on eyelash extensions. The dip in my fingernails was VERY GOOD!! The pedicure polish was also good. However my feet are still scratchy on the sides and bottom. Very disappointed. And dont get me started on the eyelash extensions. AWFUL awful awful. He didn’t use any magnification whatsoever. No magnifying lights at all. He did it all with the naked eye and boy can you tell it. I think he may have put on about 40 eyelashes. I’m used to my girl… She attached an eyelash to every single one of mine that are open. . He had me scoot down on the table so where your butt is supposed to go was in the middle of my back and Very uncomfortable. It took an hour and I feel like he didn’t even do half the job. I am visiting my brother and needed a fill in, Pedi and fill in on eyelash extensions. The dip in my fingernails was VERY GOOD!! The pedicure polish was also good. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have spent thousands of dollars at this place. Occasionally they want to throw in a new person who is terrible and then expect you to pay full price. Today I had the same situation however I had an appointment booked with J, yet they give me some lady for my pedi who’s terrible. She didn’t even know how to file nails something that simple!I addressed it with Daniel who has done my nails for a long time. He was extremely unprofessional, rude to me and told me I can leave. So that’s exactly what I did and now I have to find a new appointment with very little time this week to get my nails done. But there are plenty options!If this is how you treat people who invest a lot of money with you and tip you very well each month, people need to know what you’re really like and I would not recommend this place any longer!If you want me to understand your “emergency with picking up your son”, you need to understand my concerns as a customer as well.Services: Pedicure, Gel manicuresI have spent thousands of dollars at this place. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place. Occasionally they want to throw in a new person who is terrible and then expect you to pay full price. Today I had the same situation however I had an appointment booked with J, yet they give me some lady for my pedi who’s terrible. She didn’t even know how to file nails something that simple!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made an appointment for a dipping powder manicure this week. I arrived on time & after almost 10 minutes, I asked if it would be much longer because I had some place to be after my nail appt. I was told it was going to be a little longer because another customer had come in. The fact that I made an appointment, apparently, didn’t mean anything.The tech was very friendly but seemed rushed.
