I gave this person a good review hoping that I had found someone dependable and responsive to their customers… sadly, I was wrong. I wish no one could see the original review because I can not get in contact with this person, have been trying since September. Every text is unanswered, and I do understand getting busy and forgetting, but when one of your customers has to threaten to take their positive google review down before you respond, that is how you know your being sent off. SORRY, I’m not going to be sent off after I tried to be a good customer and give a good review. The work was good but it’s the non-communication for me.
