I have been going here for years. I would go to Jenny. She is no longer there and I asked if they could do like she did and soak of the dip and buff my nails instead of using the drill because it breaks my nails and I was told no. What happen to customer service? I always tip generously. I will not be back. The other times I have had my nails done by other people it does not last. You would expect if you are dropping a $100 for a Mani Pedi they would treat their customers better.

Yeah so the nails are cute for half a week, then they break off because the acrylic was applied too thin. They charged me $80 and my nails fell off. Do not go here. Save ur money.

Thank you again!Just last week I tried a new nail place and they really price gauged me for a simple stiletto nail and regular polish and on top of that a nail broke just days after getting them done and the nail tech cut me with the nail file.After finally getting time to go to get them fixed at my usually nail salon they ended up being closed today so on a whim I called this place because they were the only place open and nearby. Hesitant, after the experience prior and now looking for a place to repair them I went in and was greeted by the owner Katrina, I told her about my experience and she was amazing! The prices were absolutely out the water great and I even had gel polish done!The quality of work I got from her was amazing and I cannot thank her enough for helping me fix my nail situation!Not to mention the salon is gorgeous and had a wonderful clean layout! Enough for personal space too!This is a place that I will definitely be calling my nail salon my boyfriend and I will be going here from now on. I always get my nails and toes done here because no matter who does the job its always done well. I love this place, and its so reasonably priced! I recently have started getting my eyebrows waxed at Uni, and again they do not disappoint!

Not sure why this salon has so many negative reviews. Sure, sometimes I have to wait 45 minutes – 1 hour, but if you do not make an appointment and you are going to a nail salon directly on ASU campus in which every girl I know gets their nails done by, what did you expect? Lol, I went in last week and had my nails done by Christina (I think that was her name.. she wears the Chanel earrings and necklace). I went in to get a fill. The staff doesn’t talk to you much, but I like that because I hate talking so this is the place for you if you don’t like small talk.. I have gone to Uni a ton before and always loved it, but this past time with Christina was amazing. She did everything to make sure my nails looked clean at the end. Skin hanging off and super dried cuticles/cuticles not pushed back are something I would have to deal with myself after leaving most salons, but Christina really went the extra mile with my nails. There wasn’t one thing bothering me about my nails when I left, and almost a week later they still look perfect. She did an amazing job and I will be going back to see her the next time I need a fill! Also side note I have been going here for a little over 1 year.

I have gone to this place several times and they have a grandma doing nails that should be home instead. She does a terrible job compared to the other people there and cut up my cuticles. I have also gotten the WORST pedicure here. The lady kept repeating that my nails are short, but they’re literally toe nails. How long are they supposed to be? I went to relax and get a pedicure because my aunt had just attempted suicide and instead of feeling relaxed, I felt bothered. My toes looked worse after the pedicure. The last time I went in, I tried to ask for a manicure and instead of telling me “I’m sorry, we’re no longer taking walk-ins” the man at the desk responded, “No. No.” The prices are always inconsistent even though I get the same nails every time. After a few times going, the rude “No.” was the last straw. I will no longer be spending my money here.
