Really wanted to like this place because the ladies are very sweet. But the product didn’t back up their personalities. Just over 24 hours after getting my nails done and all the polish on my left hand has cracked or begun to peel off. Have never had that happen. How sad since I spent 45 dollars getting it done. Won’t be coming back. Guess they only care about gel nails now cause they were trying to get me to do gel. Probably because the quality of their regular nails isn’t up to par. BEWARE!!! This place does not give you a true dip manicure!!!! Kelly upsold me a dip manicure, without telling me that $40 service does NOT come with cleaning your under your fingernails, soaking and cutting your cuticles or anything else like a normal manicure . She basically shaved down my cuticles and nails with her metal tool. After I realized she was not giving me a full manicure I asked about why she did not cut or soak my nails to cut cuticles.. she claimed it was an extra $5 on top of the $40. She offered to cut them after she had completed my dip!!!! for free to make up for it …. A joke!!! then smothered my hands with oil to cover up her bad job. No hand massage no lotion. There are plenty of other nail salons that will give you a full true manicure with all that included as it should be . Will not be going back to this rip off nail salon
