Ive been going here on and off for a while now and recently I’ve been going consistently and the customer service is great! I normally go to Patricia which is fantastic from how comfortable she makes me feel talking me through the process to how she does my service. This last time I went to Esmeralda and she was great! I booked my next appointment with her as well. Definitely recommend this specific location to everyone!

The facility was squeaky clean, the front desk girl was very welcoming, and I was brought in almost immediately after checking in. My wax lady, Patricia, is AMAZING. Super nice and professional and made pleasant conversation while working quickly. She made sure to pluck every single hair out, and best of all, made it as pain free as possible! I was seriously expecting it to be worse but it was totally bearable. I’ve already booked my second appointment and I plan to be a regular customer. I went in for my first ever Brazilian wax and I was thoroughly impressed with everything about this place. The facility was squeaky clean, the front desk girl was very welcoming, and I was brought in almost immediately after checking in. My wax lady, Patricia, is AMAZING. Super nice and professional and made pleasant conversation while working quickly. She made sure to pluck every single hair out, and best of all, made it as pain free as possible! I didn’t feel no pain doing my eyebrows, upper lip and chin. My skin is very sensitive and the product was great for my skin. Totally going back to Esme thank you!!!

Starting from my phone call when I made the appointment, to paying for my service and leaving. I have to give the front desk associate credit for my experience. She spoke with me and was super friendly over the phone. She booked me right away. She was also extremely helpful and amicable during my departure. If I had a business, I would love to have her work for me!! The quality of my wax was excellent, honestly is was the best wax I’ve experienced since the wax did not hurt and it was gentle on my skin. I received a full Brazilian wax. The experience overall was amazing! Starting from my phone call when I made the appointment, to paying for my service and leaving. I have to give the front desk associate credit for my experience. She spoke with me and was super friendly over the phone. She booked me right away. She was also extremely helpful and amicable during my departure. If I had a business, I would love to have her work for me!!
