The review is based on our experience. There was no unforgettable view from our room. The room was tidy, but certainly not clean(very dusty), and toilet stopped working and they couldn’t fix it til after we left. It was an okay stay, but I would not return.

My husband and I had a massage in our cabin for our anniversary and Holy smokes was it AMAZING!!! I’ve had a lot of massages over the years and this was one of the best massages I’ve ever had, if not the best. Absolutely phenomenal would hire a million times if we lived in TN! Great experience!!! The room and kitchen had everything we needed. Any time that we had a question, the owner immediately responded and even came over in person when asked. The room was cozy and perfect size for two. I recommend staying here!!

This was amazing. A very intimate spot, cozy and relaxing. The view was amazing and the massages even better! We had a couples massage and I asked to have my neck and hips focused on. I have never had a massage where someone listened so intently! The focus was great, my hips felt amazing. Stretched and relaxed. My boyfriend said his massage was fantastic, as well. Very polite and courteous. We will definately make the trip back out just for the massage! Highly recommended!

My wife and I visited this fantastic spa this morning. We live in the area and found this spa to be one of the best we’ve been to. Lem and Walter treated us to a massage that was delightful. I really liked the years of experience that both of them had and it showed. This small, family run establishment has the amenities and service of a grander place. It was truly “Unforgettable”. The Massage from Lem was the highlight of our trip, he was wonderful and knows how to give a great massage , My husband and I both enjoyed our couples massage, it was one of the best massage ever. We had a massage here last April and weren’t pleased. We didn’t realize that when we responded back to the owner about our visit that the review was going to be public. With that said, the owners accused us if being from another company attempting to sabotage their perfect rating. As I was looking for a Spa for our annual anniversary trip this year, Unforgettable View popped up. I checked to see what their other clients had said and found that my review had been deleted. These gentleman were very nice when we arrived but the actual massage therapy was less than good and we went to another Spa and had another massage. The niceness went away after I thought I was giving just them feedback. They became rude and argumentative, and as stated above accused my husband and I of being from another Spa and attempting to sabotage their perfect 5.0 rating. Completely ridiculous considering we are from NC. Good luck if you go to Unforgettable View and your not pleased. Be prepared for them to be rude to you.

This was by far the best massage I’ve ever received. I walked out of there feeling like a new person. The therapists were very professional and aware of what areas needed the most work. I loved the promotional offers and will definitely be back next time I visit the Smokey mountains.

Wife and I did a couple’s massage for our anniversary, the massage was great BUT we were put into a tiny room for our massage, no view was given, we didn’t know until after the fact that people were treated to outdoor massages or in gazebo massages… it would have been nice to have been given the option as the weather was fantastic. Kind of feel like we got ripped off of the awesome experience other clients were given.
