Set up an appointment for my mom and myself and was able to get at same time . My mother’s appt. was with Mackenzie for neutral NexGen and I was with Love doing acrylics. Both girls knew what they were doing and I ended up getting the Nexgen as well and we are VERY happy. I love my sparkly vibrant nails and my moms nails while neutral, they also glow!!! Nails are not thick or heavy and I just may be hooked.

I had originally wrote a good review for this nail salon when I got fake nails put on. But when I got regular gel polish on my real nail, it lasted 5 days. I went back and got them fixed, and they are already cracking and breaking off 4 days later. I think spending $30 on nails should last at least 2 weeks. Im very disappointed because the salon has a really good environment and friendly staff.

I had a decent experience with them my first time and know the ladies from Tommy’s but this last time I went it was an awful experience. They were rude and kept taking people who walked in after me. Went to book a manicure and was told I had to.give them my DEBIT CARD # TO BOOK APPOINTMENT ARE YOU INSANE????? And if I canceled /was late would still be charged$25 was also ” upsold” product I wanted a nail cutdwn and fill in was told this was impossible I Won’t GO NEAR THIS PLACE I have never ever given my debit # card info out to book an appointment just save your time and hassle and go to knoxville nail salon beside cheesecake factory in mall good service/fast a bit pricey though
