We made an appointment for 4pm. We drove 30 minutes to get to get there. Once we got there, they said the lady who was supposed to cut my sons hair was gone for the day. As a business owner, this is so unprofessional. A courtesy call would have been nice. Definitely do not recommend.

Walked in for the first time and was asked if I had an appointment by one of the two barbers. I answered by asking is this place by appointment only? Guy said yes and referred me to the other barber. The younger barber greeted me then asked how I was, if I been here before and what type of cut. He then proceeded on cutting my hair. He asked questions, made recommendations and made some small talk which I appreciate that. I liked that he took his time with my cut. A lot of places is all about rushing to get to the next person. Barber’s name is Carlos and will definitely be calling to schedule my next cut.

A barbershop can be an intimidating experience being a female, however, Juan made me feel welcomed , so much so I forgot where I was. He’s a great communicator when it comes to your cut! I felt I have been going to him for years! He was on point with my cut! Great precision, and very talented! Pays attention to detail to his clients needs every step of the way! I definitely will be coming back allllllllll the way to Baytown from Galveston for you!

We set there 45 minutes still didn’t get a haircut. They said 10 minutes, we were very patient waiting the 45. They wouldn’t even look at us or acknowledge us when they finished up with other customers. Just left us sitting there. I do not recommend this place! RUDE!! If I could give NO stars I would. Don’t even deserve 1 star!

There are only 2 people working and the waiting time is 20min. My barber worked on my hair at the same time as cutting another persons hair. My overall haircut was bad. Didn’t like it. Thought it would be better.
