Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had the honor of being treated to a session in the Salt Room and I cannot find the words to properly explain my experience. I will start with the fact that the mural on the wall in the room mirrors that of Paradise Island in the Bahamas. During my session I found myself falling into a meditative state and later a short nap. It was like God had taken my daily meditation room and placed it on Paradise Island and as the microscopic salt particles was being inhaled, I felt like He was breathing new life into my body. Hoping this helps save one person from the unprofessionalism I’ve encountered all 3 times I’ve been here. I’ve only ever come because I’ve been given gift certificates. My first visit was with a male when I specifically requested a female masseuse. The second visit was to be 60 minutes and the masseuse only did 25. They comped me a 30 min certificate to make up for it. My third and final visit, I arrived after having a heck of a time trying to even locate their new office which is not labeled on the street sign. I sit for 20 minutes waiting for my appt just to realize that the office is upstairs. Why wouldn’t they call to double check that I was on my way or not lost?! Especially being in a new location! Not to mention, when I finally did arrive to the appropriate office, the lady was sitting there on her phone when I explained what happened and she rudely stated “that’s why we have signs”. No. You actually do not have clearly stated signs for newcomers. So disappointing!
