Let me start off by saying that I am an individual who appreciates high-quality professionalism; Because that is exactly what you will receive from Ms. Shae’s Therapeutic Massage. I appreciate the environment and overall ambiance she provides for me. She discovered a very tense spot in my left shoulder that I wasn’t aware of, but after the therapy, I felt great and more energetic all thanks to Shae. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismBEWARE! Not professional! I purchased a Groupon and made my appointment without issues (at first). She had me send her a picture of my voucher before making my appointment (strange, but I did it). Then I filled out this long thing on my medical history/needs.A few hours before my appointment, she text me saying she had to cancel because of the weather…it was going to rain.I tried to reschedule FOUR times without her responding at all.I’m having issues getting a refund with Groupon before the voucher has been “viewed”.If you don’t want to accept Groupons, get off their website!!!!Such a waste of my time and money!BEWARE! BEWARE! Not professional! I purchased a Groupon and made my appointment without issues (at first). She had me send her a picture of my voucher before making my appointment (strange, but I did it). Then I filled out this long thing on my medical history/needs.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI was so excited to support Shae and her business after seeing such good reviews and getting a great deal on Groupon. Unfortunately, I did not have the great experience I was anticipating.After trying to contact her various times about my appointment, she failed to respond to me for an entire month. I reached out again multiple times (via phone, email and google messaging) the day of my appointment & once again, there was no response from her. She finally texted me 3 hours later. I was expecting her to be apologetic for the lack of communication & to be ready and willing to reschedule, as I was a new client. Instead, her message blamed me and came off very rude. When I responded to her for further clarification, she, once again, failed to respond. I am dissatisfied in the lack of professionalism and will definitely be taking my money elsewhere. She responded to me on here with lies, but still has not directly responded to me even though I contacted her multiple times.I was so excited to support Shae and her business after seeing such good reviews and getting a great deal on Groupon.
