I called the day before coming in and was greeted with great customer service and a well educated staff. Nice barber, kept getting distracted and wasn’t focused on details of haircut. Had to ask for fixing of fade and additional trimming, had to ask for straight razor line up. Fade could have been sharper. Barley pressed clipper on my head. Not an expert in scissors cuts. Return for conversation not for haircut.

Disappointed! I was looking forward to what appeared to be a spectacular cut experience but sadly became an experience that never happened due to the barber, Sam, never showing up for my scheduled appointment through Booksy. No communication since the early morning call which led with a confusion of appointment time. No accountability or hospitable customer service. Thankfully I didn’t spend any money even through a deposit because I would’ve been more upset than I am now. Business is more than nice cuts! Do better!
