Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOMG! Is the WORSE experience I had in a beauty salon in my life!Please don’t go with Nicole!From the moment I sat down I tried to make a conversation with her and I felt I was forcing her to talk, besides she wasn’t responding to my conversation which I find very rude.Then she started to do the highlights, it was ok but when she started to wash my hair it. was TRULLY torture I told her from the beginning that a had a very sensitive scalp and that did NOTHING!She pull my hair and as she brush it it continue to hurt All I wanted to do is walk away because of all the pain I experience with her. I told her a few times that it hurt and she didn’t even apologize. I felt like she was doing me a favor..I came so close to tell her mom to please finish my hair but I was just to embarrass.I can go on and on with all the bad things I experience but prefer to stop.I WAS THERE FOR 4 hours and all I experience was a person who has no business being a beautician.And also she overcharge me and my hair didn’t look the way she told me at the beginning.I’m so sorry I went there OMG!
