I had the best massage I’ve ever had in my entire life here! I got an hour long, full body, Swedish massage by Sherry and she was amazing and tentative! There was no part of my massage I didn’t love and have already made an appointment to go back! I’ve been to Massage Envy in the past and their hour is really 45-50 minutes; at Una Bella an hour is an hour!! I left feeling so soft, relaxed, and euphoric. The bed is heated for extra comfort and, again, the massage was amazing; best $60 I’ve spent! There is a $10 off facial/massage coupon in the calendars (city planner I believe) sent out towards the end of the year. They offer so many services and pamper you from the time you walk through the door. You’re offered water or a latte when you walk in and water after your massage. They also do a loyalty card; every hour massage you get your card is punched and the 6th massage is free!! This is an amazing hidden gem in the heart of Ambridge. I would fully recommend this place to anyone looking to be pampered and get the most amazing massage ever! I can’t wait to go back for my second! Sherry was amazing! They also sell several different scented bath bombs, body scrubs, soaps, body butter, and other beauty products along with jewelery at a very reasonable price! I will be returning to buy some body butter and bath bombs… they all smelled amazing!

Everything about this salon will make you want to come back every 8 weeks to get your hair done! I’ve only had the pleasure of having Amanda and Kim do my hair, and love them both. Everyone who works here is down to earth and so sweet. They offer you drinks and snacks while you’re being pampered. The store also sells really unique jewelry, bath bombs, and delicious smelling soaps. One of my favorite places!

I wanted so badly to love this place! Very cute and cozy atmosphere with friendly staff. I went there for the first time to get my hair cut. That’s where my experience took a turn for the worse. I told the hair stylist that I needed my dead ends cleaned up and to please take 2-3 inches off the bottom. That resulted in 3 FULL LAYERS around 2 inches thick a piece!! I had no previous layers, was never asked if I wanted layers, and had a total of 9 inches removed from the top layer (above the shoulder!) she cut my hair straight across as well so each layer is as thick and choppy as possible. I felt that she completely ignored what I wanted and did whatever style she preferred for me. I’m so devastated with what she did to my hair, I wish to prevent anyone from experiencing what happened to me!
