Staying in this area I needed my nails done after a move. I called this Shop around 345pm I asked for the price for the service I needed. I understood she couldn’t tell me the exact price without seeing my nails( Gel fill in 2 repair) Starting at $35 I thought was reasonable. I then asked if someone was available/how long was the wait? She said come now then said come at 5. Unfortunately I was tied up in traffic I arrived about 5:15. When I came in the shop was fairly empty just a couple of clients. being serviced. I told the young lady what I wanted …You have appointment?” I said well no I called and was told to come in. She said “We can’t see you after 5 appointments only” I was a little taken back by her attitude I asked why wasn’t I told that when I called ? Explaining the conversation I had. “We can’t see you we do appointments only ? You make appointment. I said well Ok can I come in the morning? No you come at 2 I laughed as she asked my name. I have no intention in going back in there. She was rude and while standing there I just didn’t feel a good vibe. Im sure I’m not the only one who has encountered this I left and was talking to someone who worked at a business in the same shopping center …”Oh know She said a lot of people don’t like it “ First impressions fill pockets …. My search continues.

Years of being loyal customer I was going to this salon and my tech vent to vacation so I got disrespected by other ones got very upset and stop going there. Later on I had emergency and need it to get my nails done asap I’ve meet Bea she was so kind and always making sure to make customer happy.

I loved the technician that did the work on my nails. This was my first time there since my daughter’s school is in the area she recommended it to me. This place is non stop busy so the work has to be good. Once you find a tech that you like you can do an appointment. I gave 4 stars because I didn’t like they way they handled customers signing in and waiting. They never looked at the sign in sheet which caused confusion.

I have come here several times. I used work at the university and would stop in on my lunch or after work. The service is always great. Yesterday I came for an impromptu appointment close to closing. The nail tech was gracious and did both pedi and mani even though I was one of her last customers, she didn’t do a rush job. Come here if you want affordable services done by good techs. This is my go to even though I no longer work near here. I would recommend to try and come early or later as the students tend to fill this place up quickly and the wait can be long sometimes.
