My haircut looks like sh*t. The layers and framing are horrid. The supervisor gave me bangs that I never asked for. Destroyed years of hair growth. She started to style really fast without letting me put my glasses on to see the cut. The style looked like a rat’s nest but I gave her 7$ tip for the effort.

I was here more recently than 5 months ago [just a week ago!]. I’ve had 3 stylists cut my hair now, and each of them has been friendly, professional, and does exactly what I ask for. That’s rare in and of itself. To find a salon where 3 different people are capable of it? Unheard of. Definitely recommend. It’s getting 5 stars, because even when I’ve gone in without an appointment and there are people waiting, I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen.

One of the staff handed the phone over and said I can’t handle this and handed the phone to the manager. She was super unprofessional acted like a child and hung up the phone on me. I called back thinking it was an accident I called back and they laughed and hung up the phone again. They did a fast cut and it didn’t look like a very clean cut of my daughter’s hair. It wasn’t bad bad but it wasn’t as nice as it could be. My daughter sat very still so that wasn’t the problem.

We see Erika and she is awesome! She let’s the kids watch shows on her phone and she tells the kids what the spray is, where she’s gonna cut, and when. She is awesome! If I could give it a 10+ I definitely would!!! And kids also can’t wait to get there because they have a fish tank with some snails and fish. If your kid has sensory, autism, or anything else I would definately recomend Ultracuts!

Such a bad experience when it came to my son. I didn’t realized it at that moment when hair cut was done but when I came home, it was the worst hair cut I have ever realized. I am calling them tomorrow to fix it. When that that lady was done with my son’s haircut, I said it didn’t look good and may be you should fix this, and during the process of handling that scissor her hands were shaking and she said that your son is not keeping his head stable.
