I have been going here for several years and i absolutely adore Karen!! She is wonderful! She always listens carefully to requests, she takes her time, and i swear she is the only hair stylist i have ever seen who isn’t scissor happy. She is always willing to cut more but is careful not to cut too much.

I have been going here for years to the same hairdresser. My problem was not with the hairdresser per se however the owner Eric, has no loyalty to loyal customers. The hairdresser I use was out sick for the past 10 days I had an appointment the day she initially called in sick. So I was scheduled for today, the day she was due back. I got a call this morning that she couldn’t stay and work because she still felt nauseous. OK understandable that she wasn’t , so I expect to be given the next available appointment. NOPE! They can’t get me in until the 15th. That is totally unacceptable. As stated, I have been going to this shop for years (husband, too) and I had already been pushed back 10 days. I told the owner, Eric, that this felt as if I got in the wrong line at Publix – you know they open up the register next to you and take the people behind you instead of you who has been waiting the longest. I also think my hairdresser could have stepped in and moved a new client around for me since I was waiting so long. I guess a new client who may or may not come back for repeat business is worth more to this shop than one who has been using them FOR YEARS?!?? I do NOT recommend this shop.
