Love Debi at Ultra Tech. this is my second time seeing her and she did a fantastic job getting the exact look I wanted. intense deep red with bright blonde ombre ends and a bright blonde bang. (she pulled up the blondes without burning my hair. yeay!) she also added some bright red into some of the blonde already framing my face and it turned out fabulous. very happy with the results plus she is very sweet and friendly.
