Critical: ProfessionalismI was patronizing this tanning salon for almost a year. I had the “VIP” package which was supposed to be “UNLIMITED” for any bed in the salon. This package was automatically paid every month on my credit card. The owner recently very rudely and condescendingly told me I have tanned too much and listed the recent days I tanned. He then proceeded to scold me and tell me that I need to tan in moderation. It was all about the delivery and I canceled immediately! Definitely felt uncomfortable and no longer saw the value in my $100 a month just to be told when I can tan. This package was automatically paid every month on my credit card. The owner recently very rudely and condescendingly told me I have tanned too much and listed the recent days I tanned. Greg is great, been going here for 20.years..by far the best beds around!!!. They change their bulbs on the regular & it makes an enormous difference. Never ever have left there without a tan…even just going fr a few mins to start. Beds are amazing!

Nice clean studio with very private and comfortable rooms. Knowable owner and employees. Bulbs are new and work well. They follow all the guild lines for waiting periods between tans and the use of eye wear. Money well spent here.

The owner is very knowledgeable and the place is very clean. I think the longest I have ever had to wait for a bed was the longest 5 minutes and that was during peak “spring break” tanning season. Any questions you have he can answer…I am not am avid tanner but he remembers every customer no matter how many times you have come in there and is always very welcoming.

Everyone there was extremely welcoming and helpful with the process/ products/ policy. It’s very comfortable and inviting environment. I would recommend this establishment to anyone from new tanners to everyday tanners. I will only be going here for my tanning.

I am a brand new customer and right off the bat I liked this place. First very clean and Greg was very helpful on explaining the different beds if you want a clean place to tan with friendly help I highly recommend coming here.

I signed up for a 4-month membership for tanning at Ultra Tan in Oak Creek, WI. Then, I was charged for 2 months following the 4-month membership. I called, stating that I never signed up for additional months and the owner replied that the agreement states you will continue to get charged unless you state otherwise that you would like to cancel. I didn’t receive a refund of any kind but was told I can come into tan since I paid for the next month. Why would you have “package deals” if you are going to scam people by continuing to charge them months they didn’t sign up for? I would not recommend this business. They are only trying to take your money!
