Gloria started out nice and fun with my 4 year old daughter, then ended in a fit of rage and walking off without taking my payment. She hacked my daughter’s hair off and called it good without trimming it evenly. I asked her nicely to even it up a little and that’s when her attitude changed. She was very unprofessional and nasty. She admitted to having an attitude problem and yelled at us and told us to go away and be happy. I will never go to Ultra Shears in Gladstone, MO ever again. Gloria was one nasty lady.

My mom and I have been going to Julie at Ultra Shears since the ’90’s. She is the best stylist we have ever had. She is kind and professional, very flexible and, again, an excellent stylist. We highly recommend her and won’t go any where else!
