I thought I was getting a great job. But not so much. They never answer the phone. Want all appointments booked in advance and then if something unexpected happens and you try and reschedule they don’t answer. Then want to charge you for not canceling in advance and do not provide an option of leaving a message. After having to go to another salon also found that there was far to much glue and lost lashes left and right especially on one side. The new salon I go to does things A lot different and the lashes are comfortable. No more scratchy and watery eyes!
