The lady who works at Una Donna fried my hair so bad by leaving me under the processor too long with bleach in my hair. When I went to go see what was taking so long she had another client in her chair on top of smoking vape & watching her kids live on Instagram. I’ve paid double if not triple what I should be paying just to get my hair back!! She didn’t have much to say other than she felt bad… unacceptable.
