Never again. I went in around 4pm on a Sunday for a gel manicure. I immediately apologized for being a late customer, but I haven’t had my nails done in 3 weeks due to having a new baby at home! Not that I needed to provide any sort of explanation, as they are running a business and I’m a paying customer… Anyway, the sat me in a chair and the guy aggressively started buffering off my gel polish. Seemingly rushing the entire process. My nails are not the same lengths. Some are different shapes. I have gel on my fingers themselves. Not worth it. Want my money back.

My last 2 manicures I’ve had to ask for hand lotion. I have always had lotion and a massage as part of the manicure process. When you pay $20 for a manicure you should get more than 3 massage strokes on your arm..not hand just arm.Then I asked for a 5 and five ones so I could leave a tip. The guy tells me he’ll keep 1 five for his tip! OH ok lol!! Bye Bye!

Horrible experience. They rushed me out. My nails are different lengths and my dip is uneven. The dip has already cracked the same day I got them done. She used a dirty mail file and buffer. That is unsanitary.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got a gel manicure on a Sunday evening and it already began chipping and peeling on Thursday morning. By Sunday, my nails were trashed. I went in to the salon on Sunday to share my disappointment and kindly request a refund and for the rest of the gel polish to be removed. I had my receipt to prove the day of my service. They gave me hell for it, saying I should have come in within 72 hours of my manicure, and also asked me to name the nail tech. (3 days of gel nails is where the bar is set? And what difference does it make which tech did it??) After a lot of pushback, they finally refunded me – for which I thanked them for making it right, but they refused to remove the remaining gel polish. Just acetone and cotton- wouldn’t do it.I was very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and customer service. I have been coming to get my nails done here every 2-3 weeks for over 10 years. I have never had a bad manicure/pedicure and the staff always say hello when I arrive. Even when I call ahead, they answer with, “Hi Kami!” I had tried many places in the area before finally finding a nail salon that does a great job and is friendly. When out of town and trying another place, I don’t get the same great looking, long lasting results, and the prices are very reasonable.
