I have been coming here for 5 years now . I’m absolutely loyal to Ultra Nail Service because they’re very clean & they treat me exceptionally well. The owner is the sweetest , John is very helpful . Danny, Jose, & Hugo are amazing at any style, shape, design ANYTHING I ask for they slay it every time . And Jose , is BOMB at pedicures . His pedicures last so long my goodness . Also they’re very quick and efficient. Their customer service is outstanding , I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This was my 2nd time visit this salon, I really enjoyed my 1st visit, the space is clean quiet and not over crowded. The guy who originally did sns was perfect, it looked really natural and perfect!! The 2nd visit was something else,, because of my anxiety it really takes alot for me to stay consistent with self care so it had been a month since my 1st service and I finally worked the nerve to go back,, and I got another young man this time , he’s more slender than the other 2 short and stocky guys. He was nice but his skill level is not at all something people should be paying for. I’m so easy going and dont like to ruffle feathers so I wanted to believe he would get it together by the time he finished but the finished product looked like something I did no honestly I would have done better because I wouldn’t have stopped till I could look at it without cringing,,, the lumps and bumps, and uneven shaping is beyond less than,,I was highly disappointed so when I went to check out I showed the Gentleman with the muscles at the register the work and he said ” Atl least it better than it did when you came in”” I knew it was a joke given my nails had grown out so much but I thought it was insensitive in the moment because I’m not happy with the unprofessional work I have had done and it’s clearly substandard,, I indulged him and gv a Lil chuckle but then he says next time remind me not to give you to him,, that’s acknowledgement of the less than wk,, and he still charged me full price $85 for this service and I just want to warn anyone else going to make sure you advocate for yourself and ask for qualified techs or just don’t go, because although people have to learn,, I shouldn’t have to pay for a professional service and not get it done by a professional. Just incase you try to say I have the wrong location here is your business card.

Terrible service instead of the manager trying to correct a situation he argues with you. I will post negative reviews wherever I have an option to do so. I do not recommend this place, don’t waste your money it is not worth it. The level of service will be reported to the BBB and the Georgia Secretary of State General Licensing Board just to do a check and follow up. Be cautious who you argue with. Just awful and I paid for a BASIC pedicure because that was all it was worth not what I asked for. Don’t be fooled read reviews from the previous name Nails Salon and Spa. Same terrible service just a new name

Ive tried many nail salons near and far with no luck. I decided to stop by Nail Salon and Spa and Danny did my nails. I got SNS on my nails and gel on my toes. Surprisingly the place wasn’t busy at all. He took time on my nails and feet…. and I love how my nails turned out. This visit is my second visit with Danny and his work is consistent. My nails look great and I will definitely return.

This one is the WORST gel polish job I have ever had. It’s not smooth and it literally started chipping away as soon as I got home, my pedicure also. I am here right now getting a pedicure and eyebrow wax, and they are amazing. I had julie as a nail tech and she did a wonderful job. Would definitely come back whenever I’m on this side of town again. Also they have a great 6ft social distancing.
